1. How do I book a tour?
Booking a tour with us is easy! Simply visit our Tour Packages page, choose the tour you’re interested in, and click the “Book Now” button. Fill out the booking form, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer several convenient payment options, including bank transfers, online payments through secure gateways, and cash payments at our office in Bali. For more details, check out our Payment Options page.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee. For more information, please visit our Cancellation Policy page.
4. Are your tours suitable for children?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of family-friendly tours that cater to all ages. If you have specific needs or requests, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
5. What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, sunscreen, a hat, and a reusable water bottle. Depending on the tour, you may also want to bring a camera, swimwear, or hiking shoes. Check the specific tour details for any additional recommendations.
6. Do you provide transportation?
Yes! All our tours include transportation to and from your accommodation in Bali. Our professional drivers will ensure you have a safe and comfortable journey.

8. What happens if it rains on the day of my tour?
Bali’s weather can be unpredictable, but we monitor conditions closely. If rain is expected, we will contact you to discuss options, which may include rescheduling or adjusting the itinerary to ensure you still have a great experience.
