1. Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

• More than 48 Hours Before the Tour: If you cancel your tour more than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
• Within 48 Hours of the Tour: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour will incur a cancellation fee, and unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for no-shows.
• Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a valid reason for cancellation, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

2. Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions or other emergencies), we will:

• Notify You Promptly: We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the cancellation.
• Offer Alternatives: You will have the option to reschedule your tour for a later date or receive a full refund of your payment.
